Experience the freedom of optimal health.

I combine the principles of Functional Medicine and Holistic Nutrition to uncover the root causes of why you're not feeling as well as you'd like, then support you in naturally healing and balancing your body so symptoms disappear. We harness the healing power of food, nature and joy to transcend health problems, instead of just "managing" them.

What’s Possible for Your Health and Your Life?

If you’ve been struggling for a while, it may be hard to imagine. But stick with me here, I’ve seen hundreds of people naturally reclaim health and vitality…and get their lives back.

I have worked with people who had been suffering for months, years or even decades who were…

  • Not getting the solutions they needed.

  • Seeing their health hold them back in pursuing passions, furthering careers, cultivating relationships, traveling, and more.

  • Spending late nights on the Internet, frantically asking Dr. Google for answers.

  • Dramatically limiting variety in food choices in an effort to feel better.

  • Dismissed and told that everything was “fine” even though their quality of life said differently.

Within just a few weeks of

working together, clients typically:

  • Feel so much better, as health challenges and symptoms that had been plaguing them slip away.

  • Can eat a much wider variety of foods without impacting their health.

  • Have much greater freedom to do and eat what they want.

  • Better understand their bodies, and feel empowered to take charge of their health.

  • Have a clear vision for what’s possible for their health, a personalized strategy to get there, and newfound hope for their lives.

Why is this?

  • We decide together the best approach for you based on real data, from specialized, reputable labs, that show EXACTLY what’s going on in your gut and your body.

  • You receive personalized, private consultation, and a unique-to-you, easy-to-follow plan to naturally heal and balance your body.

  • You’re guided and supported every step of the way by a seasoned functional nutritionist and wellness coach.

  • We include – and go beyond – a whole-foods diet, supplements and stress-management techniques to include special nature-connection and mindfulness practices...so you can stop the gut-stress cycle and get your health back on track.

  • We honor and listen to your inner guidance about the best approach for you personally.

It’s based on my decades of experience working with people who were tired of the pain, discomfort and life-disruption caused by their gut symptoms and low energy...

Ultimately leading to naturally healing and balancing your body so you have the freedom

to go for what you really want in life, without your health holding you back.

Meet Dawn Preisendorf,

MA, CNC, CHWC

Functional Nutritionist / Mindful Nature Guide / Wellness Coach

I began studying nutrition and holistic health 23 years ago. Unwinding years of living an over-stressed, under-nourished life in the corporate trenches, I worked through my own health crash and found vitality again. I followed this personal experience with formal education, 13 years in private practice and hundreds of hours of post-graduate education.

I feel proud that through working with me, clients are able to solve health problems that have plagued them for months, if not decades. This opens up new possibilities in their lives, and enables them to pursue dreams that were previously out of reach.

Real Stories From Our Community

"Dawn is as good as it gets, a miracle worker even. My daughter's gut problem was progressively getting worse, and though we saw many pediatricians they were not able to get to the root of it. I finally turned to Dawn who was not only able to diagnose the issue quickly but then within 6 months of her treatment, the problem was eliminated. I'm so grateful for her."

-Sonia

"I have struggled with digestive issues for decades. I've been through many different diets and practitioners, and Dawn is the first person to truly listen to me and not try to push a solution that seems like a catch-all for lots of people."

-Katrina

"Dawn changed my life! I suffered from IBS for the last 20 years. Six months later, the results are spectacular and totally exceeding even my wildest expectations. I am a totally different person.

I am IBS free (OMG, I still can't believe it). Not only that, I have less body aches. I am less tense and feel much more at peace. Dawn is so knowledgeable, supportive, caring and thorough."
